No One You Know products are all made in Australia. We’re very hands–on
during every step of the production process, which is why you’ll find
our products to be of a very high standard.
DO YOU SHIP EVERYWHERE?
Yes, it doesn’t matter where you are, as long as the post goes there.
DO YOU SELL THROUGH RETAIL
STORES?
No, you can only purchase No One You Know products through this
website.
WHICH FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU
ACCEPT?
We
use PayPal, which means you can pay by credit card or bank transfer. If
you don't have an account you can just go to www.paypal.com and follow
the steps to register.
HOW DO I ORDER?
EMAIL your order to belinda@nooneyouknow.com
and include your delivery address and
telephone number. We will respond via email within 24 hours to confirm
your order and to provide you with a quote for postage. Once you accept
we will send you a payment request email through PayPal. If you already
have a PalPal account you can just log on and pay by credit card or
bank transfer.
If you don't have a PayPal account it's easy to get one. Just go
to www.paypal.com
and follow
the steps to register. You can pay by credit card immediately or wait
3–5 days for
you bank account to be verified and pay by bank transfer.
HOW SOON WILL MY ORDER GET TO
ME?
Your order will be sent within 2 days from when you place your order.
We offer a range of postage options so you can choose how fast your
order gets to you and the price that suits. For orders within Australia
allow 2-3 days and for overseas choose between Airmail (1–2 weeks) and
EMS Courier (4 days).
WILL I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS
DUTIES IF I ORDER FROM OUTSIDE AUSTRALIA?
Most countries have a duty free limit for importing personal items. If
you intend to buy several items, it might pay to investigate whether
there are any charges you may incur.
DO YOU CONVERT THE CHANGES TO
MY CURRENCY?
No, we bill you for the Australian dollar amount and give you an idea
of the approximate amount in your currency.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Goods may be returned within 30 days of invoice date unwashed and in
their original packaging. We will credit your original method of
payment. Postage may be covered if goods are faulty or not as ordered.
Send returns to PO BOX 7356 Bondi Beach, NSW 2026 Australia and don’t
forget to include your contact details, invoice number and any comments.
CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT?
Yes, to exchange a product, just send an email or call us to make sure
we have stock, then return the product to the above address. Don’t
forget to include your contact details and your invoice number. There
may be a re-delivery fee depending on the reason for the exchange.
WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?
We promise to use your personal information responsibly and treat it as
private. We keep your information solely for the purpose of keeping you
informed of No One You Know products and news. If you no longer wish to
be contacted by us just let us know, and we will remove your details
from our mailing list.
